SpectraCure’s medical laser system for photodynamic therapy of prostate cancer consists of 18 photonics modules for laser delivery. The challenge is to reduce assembly time of each module, by design changes or changes to assembly procedures.
The goal of this product is the reduction of assembly time by at least 50% and reduction of the cost of custom parts by at least 30%
